PAYMENT TERMS
VSA Trading Services requires subscribers to provide credit \ debit card\ PayPal details at the time of ordering. You will be authorized and billed for the full initial subscription amount using secure online purchasing facilities.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions are automatically billed on a pre-paid recurring billing basis - either monthly, quarterly or yearly. The payment method used at the time of ordering will be billed automatically, to pay ongoing yearly\quarterly\monthly subscriptions.
To cancel a subscription agreement you must log into the subscriber area and cancel your subscription by going to the Manage Subscriptions tab on the menu bar. The subscription must be cancelled at least 3 working days before the recurring payment is due. The system does not guarantee to send out automated reminder notices when a subscription is coming up for renewal. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to keep an accurate record of when a subscription renews.
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE AND REFUNDS
Unless specifically stated there is no money back guarantee or refund available. Subscriptions are purchased on a pre-paid non-refundable basis.
UPDATES AND UPGRADES
Software subscriptions automatically have access to the latest version of the software. Updates and upgrades will be automatically added to each subscription as they are released. This does not apply in the event that additional functionality is added to the software which is separately priced.
TRANSFER OF SUBSCRIPTION
Subscriptions are not transferable.
DISTRIBUTION OF SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS, SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES, VIDEO CONTENT
No software, educational products, subscription services, PDFs and video content - made available either as paid for products\services or complimentary products \ services - from the VSA Trading Services website may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission. Any unauthorized distribution, copying or syndication will be viewed as an infringement of copyright and will be treated as a criminal act and reported as such to the relevant authorities.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMERS
In no event shall VSA Trading Services be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular VSA Trading Services shall not be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to any VSA Trading Services website or the information contained in it, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law or otherwise. You also understand that VSA Trading Services cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the service will be free of infection or viruses, worms, trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties.
You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the website for the reconstruction of any lost data. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the website and the internet. VSA Trading Services does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever (including without limitation warranties of title or non-infringement, or the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) with regard to the website, any merchandise, information or service provided through the website and the internet generally, and VSA Trading Services shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any such transaction.
It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advise, services, merchandise and other information provided through the website or on the internet generally. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless VSA Trading Services, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third-party information providers to the website from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this agreement or any activity related to your submissions to the website (including negligent or wrongful conduct).
